Greenlight, a.s., is a privately owned financial company unfolding its business activities in the field of private equity and M&A advisory. The company focuses on identification and evaluation of investment opportunities in the Slovak and Czech Republic and provides advisory services by acquisition processes to the clients on the sell side as well as buy side.

The company participates on raising of project financing, consisting mainly of own capital, debt financing and co-financing provided by business partners, actively secures the exercising of shareholders rights and supervises the fulfilment of pre-set investment criteria.

The team working on the investment projects has extensive experience with analysis and evaluation of business plans, subsequent execution and management of capital entry and exit. The team members have gained their knowledge and experience participating on a significant part of privatization and acquisition projects in the Slovak (telecommunications, utilities, chemicals industry etc.) as well as the Czech Republic (heavy machinery and metallurgy).

Based on the experience and know-how of its working team members, is the company able to provide services tailor made for individual clients, and ensure a flexible and effective decision making throughout investment projects.

Greenlight, a.s. was entered into the Companies register in May 2004. The share capital is SKK 35 mm. Co-owner of the company is Peter Ratkovský, one of the co-founders of Slavia Capital, a.s., o.c.p.
