Peter Ratkovsky has extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance and project financing. As the Investment banking Director in Slovenská Sporitežňa, a.s. he was responsible for all the active operations of the company, including the operations executed in the international financial markets. He is one of the co-founders of Slavia Capital and one of the first professionals working in the financial market in Slovakia.

1999 - 2000 : advisor to the general director of SPP, š.p. (Slovak Gas Company)

2004 : sale of shareholding stake in Slavia Capital, a.s., o.c.p. and establishment of Greenlight, a.s.

Anna Fratrikova has worked in the financial market since 1998. She has been employed in Tatra Banka, a.s., later in Tatra Asset Management, a.s., where she occupied the position of the marketing & product manager. In 2001 she was one of the co-founders of the company Across Investment Services, o.c.p., a.s., where she was in the position of the general director. Since 2004 she is the general director and a member of the board of directors in Greenlight, a.s.
Danka Fresserova has been employed as a lawyer specializing in commercial and financial law since 1993. Prior to working for Greenlight, a.s., she had worked for Slavia Capital, a.s. and its subsidiary Across Investment Services, o.c.p., a.s. Danka Fresserova is since 2004 a member of the board of directors in Greenlight, a.s.
